Gary Graver was a cinematographer who in his career collaborated with the iconic Orson Welles in both television shows and movies. He was also a director of many adult films under the alias Robert McCallum. Indecent Exposure just released by Vinegar Syndrome is one of many X-rated films where he took the helm and we can see his work.

Indecent Exposure focuses on photographer Tony ‘Antonio’ Ross (Robert Kerman) who uses his profession to recruit young female models and charm his way into having sex with him. Tony’s best friend Ted (Eric Edwards) shows up at his office depressed because he was recently divorced. To help him get over it and have lots of erotic activity, Robert invites Ted to a road trip that he and his models are taking. Along for the ride are Tony’s girlfriend Lilah Ford (Veronica Hart) and his assistant June (Jesi St. James). The trip is going harmoniously until they wind up at the house of Ariel (Georgina Spelvin) where Lilah turns into a woman who has no sexual boundaries, potentially affecting her relationship with Tony.

Indecent Exposure is your typical 80’s adult film, a basic story with the focus not so much on the acting ability but on the tantalizing scenes with the performers. In this picture, you will see an interesting use of a celery stalk. Pretty much the highlight of the film. You might never look at celery the same way again!

Vinegar Syndrome unearths the obscure Indecent Exposure on Blu-ray. Advertised as being “Newly scanned and restored in 2k from its 35mm original negative,” the film looks about as good as it will ever get. The video presentation offers a lot of clarity and bold colors. The costumes the characters wear is especially vivid with great details. Reds and magenta look the strongest and richest. Flesh tones look accurate and there is plenty of detail to the faces and bodies of the characters. No DNR appears to have been applied. This is without question a solid video presentation.

Indecent Exposure’s 1.0 DTS-HD master audio sound mix is flawless with dialog, music and other sounds coming in clear. No hissing or popping sounds detected. English SDH subtitles are available.

A theatrical Trailer for the film is included. And that is the lone extra!

A DVD is also included for those wishing to see the film in standard definition

Despite the minimal amount of extras, the audio and video presentation for Indecent Exposure more than makes up for it. I can easily recommend this to those who collect X-rated frolics!
